~Please note that the down payment is non-refundable after cancellation of your layaway.
~For the rest of the amount including shipping costs I will e-mail a Paypal invoice or give the link to my e store where you can finalise your purchase at the end of the one month period.
~ All Layaway Pieces must be paid in full before these will be shipped to their new home .

All items will be sent within two working day of payment received.

Any over payment of postage will always be refunded via Pay Pal.
I use Standard International service. This will give proof of posting with end-to-end tracking.
Free shipping within Australia. I used Parcel Post and proof of posting with a signed record of delivery.
Upon request I will add insurance at your cost.
The average shipping time given by Australia Post for International shipping are to 3 to 10 (working) days. Within Australia 2 to 6(working) days depending where you live . These figures are just averages and anomalies do occur, also keep in mind that any delay could come from Public holidays, festivity day's or any other special circumstances.
In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. These taxes and duties shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
I travel to the post 24 to 48 hours after receiving a payment sometimes sooner.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to refund the cost of bears purchase if you are not happy. Please let me know within 14 days of receiving them. Postage is not refundable and you are responsible for the return postage.
I can't be held responsible for lost or broken packages after shipment, if you don't want t take any risk, insured shipping is a very good option and available at request.
If your parcel does get lost, you can contact Paypal for the PayPal Buyer or purchase Protection.
What is PayPal Purchase Protection?
When you pay with PayPal on any website PayPal Purchase Protection covers you if you have a problem. If an item doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described we will help you to get a full refund.
To qualify for PayPal Purchase Protection:
Use PayPal to complete your payment.
Pay for the item with one payment. Items purchased with multiple payments aren't eligible.
Let the seller know there's a problem with the transaction by opening a dispute in the Resolution Center within 45 days of making your payment. Then, escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days of the date you opened the dispute.
